BBQ/Grill	A private outdoor grill is an extra amenity our guests can take advantage of when choosing one of our Island Real Estate vacation rentals. If a BBQ/Grill is an important amenity on your family beach vacation, choose from the selection below.
Boat Access	Anna Maria Island has some of the best fishing waters around! If you plan to bring your own boat or rent one while on vacation make sure to choose one of our properties with boat access. Boat access offers either a dock or slip for wet storage on a canal or the open bayou. Why drive down to the marina when you can store your boat in the backyard for easy access when you want to take it out for a sunset?
Direct Gulf Front	These are Direct Gulf Front rentals. This means no man-made obstruction for your view between the vacation rental and the Gulf of Mexico.
Elevator	There are not many high rises on the island, yet even three floors can be steep without an elevator – especially when carrying luggage, groceries, beach toys and of course bags of souvenirs. Elevators located in condominiums are shared with others in the building. Any elevators in private homes are for handicapped and luggage use only. Both often land first in the parking or garage area.
Gulf Views	These properties are not directly on the water yet a view of the beach is available from the property. Most often the views are from a balcony, roof top deck, widow watch or top floor window. In many cases the vacation rental is one property back but in some cases it can be across the street to the Gulf of Mexico.
Internet Access	Even on vacation it’s hard to stay “unplugged”. If having internet service is important on your vacation, please make sure to choose a property that has this amenity included free of charge. Most offer Wi-Fi yet some have a high-speed set up. With the internet access conveniently located at your vacation rental property you will be able to check email, look up movie times for those rare rainy days and check to see what time the sun sets over the gulf that night!
Luxury Properties	For the discriminating vacationer, we offer properties that have been given our highest possible rating – A 5 Star Platinum. At a Platinum property, you can expect to find new and upscale furnishings and décor, flat screen televisions, kitchens with new appliances, outstanding views and close proximity to the beach. Pools are heated and some have hot tubs and game rooms. You can’t go wrong with a Platinum Property for your vacation!

Perico Bay	Perico Bay Club is a wonderful gated community located in the City of Bradenton only one short mile to Anna Maria Island. Enjoy the lagoons teaming with wide life, fishing pier and sidewalks with lights that wind throughout Perico Bay. All the amenities of a home away from home in this a prestigious gated club community with heated pools and spas with bathrooms available for your convenience when you’re at the pool, a clubhouse, bike trails and even exercise facilities!
Pet Friendly	We love our furry friends! Island Real Estate has about 60 pet friendly properties available for those traveling with pets. Please note that there is an additional damage deposit of $250-$500 depending on size of and number of pets vacationing with you. Half of this deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of departure, pending no damage. The causeway (located on Manatee Avenue between Bradenton and the island) and Robinson Preserve are both great spots for your dog to enjoy the warm waters as the island beaches do not welcome pets. Florida has a strict leash law so don’t forget yours!
Pool	Even with the Gulf and Bay waters close, having a swimming pool to enjoy is always a plus. If a pool is heated, shared or caged you can expect us add that information. We have a small selection of homes with salt water pools that are perfect for those with severe allergies. Pools located at private homes or duplexes are residential, cleaned professionally once a week and vary in size. You can expect a pool at a condominium to be a larger commercial pool with cleaning more frequent and pool rules posted for everyone’s safety and comfort.
Premium Linens	Island Real Estate continues to be the leader of vacation rentals on Anna Maria Island by offering our guests premium linens. Our premium linen program utilizes professional cleaning off site as well as standard linens which are pressed for a sateen like luxurious feeling.
Sunshine Specials	Basking in the warm Florida sun is special itself, so when you get a great price on one of our vacation properties it’s REALLY special! Some specials may be a specific percentage discount or a value added bonus. Most commonly we offer 20% off Last Minute Specials for reservations made within 30 days of arrival. Make sure to ask us to share those properties allowing this special when you call! Other Sunshine Specials may change with the season, so check this page often!
