Enjoy the large heated pool and just steps to the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you stay a week or a month this is the perfect condo for a winter retreat, vacation rental or an island escape. (1) Bedroom, (1.5) Bath, accomodates to (4) people: 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa. 


There are so many island activities at your fingertips: Stroll seven miles of unspoiled Anna Maria Island beaches, browse through one of our many unique island shops or just do nothing at all while enjoy the famous Florida sunshine.


Once you stay here you will want to return again and again. Steps away from the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy the pure white sandy beaches of beautiful Anna Maria Island, Florida.


Discover the island on the free trolley and ride to the tip of Anna Maria City back down to Bradenton Beach.

NOTE: From April 1 to November 30, 2016 Waters Edge is undergoing major rehab work installing new impact resistant sliders and decks. Everyone on the property will impacted with noise and parking restrictions. If noise and dust doesn’t bother you and you plan on spending your days on the beach anyway, ask about special “construction discounts” during this time.

I stayed at this beautiful condo with 4 girlfriends to celebrate a special birthday. As you enter the condo, the view of the oceanfront is breathtaking. Loved sitting on the balcony and just taking in the beauty of the sand and water. Walking on the beach, swimming in the pool and beautiful sunsets each evening made this the perfect destination. It is one of the best spots on the island. Everything you need is just steps away. Can't wait to go back!

"My wife and I stayed here for a week and you could not have asked for a better place. The view off the balcony is by far the best view I ever had. The location on the island is the best! Parking at the condo, trolly stop location the best! Perfectly placed between Holmes Beach and Pine street (5 minute walk/bike ride to anywhere you want to go). This condo and Island is paradise!! We will be back!!! Absolutely loved this place!! "

A Great Condo

"We've just returned from a 10 night stay in this condo which we thought was very spacious and well equipped. Great views of the Gulf from the balcony, which unlike some of the other condos at Waters Edge, isn't overlooked and is sheltered from the cool north wind you can get in late October/November. We've stayed on AMI many times and would definitely return to this condo. Very impressed with Island Real Estate and would use them again in the future"

"The most amazing view of the gulf from living room and balcony. Well appointed condo, spotlessly clean, and best covered parking spot closest to elevator. Pool area spacious and steps to beautiful beach. Have returned many times and can\'t wait to go back!"

"My wife and I stayed here for a week and you could not have asked for a better place. The view off the balcony is by far the best view I ever had. The location on the island is the best!
