“Villa 2” is a comfortable ground level Bradenton Beach rental just a block from beautiful beaches. This great destination has a premium location and is well-appointed to accommodate up to four guests.


Bradenton Beach is a fun place for a coastal Florida getaway. When visiting “Villa 2” you’ll be right in the middle of this charming beach town, and nearby to local attractions.


This Anna Maria Island villa rental is just a block from the Gulf of Mexico making beach trips easy breezy! You’ll know you have found some of Florida’s best beaches when you visit. Enjoy clear waters, powder fine sand and endless sunshine too.


Not only are you near the beach, but you’ll be nearby to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing on the Bradenton Beach City Pier. Just a short walk south brings you to the city center of Historic Bridge Street. Here you’ll find a charming Old Florida feel with friendly locals. Bridge Street is the original site of the first bridge connecting the island to the mainland giving this area a bit of history and character.


Be sure to try the Anna Maria Oyster Bar on the Pier for great seafood with a view, or head over to the Bridge Tender Inn for Bradenton Beach style nightlife. If you are lucky, the Bridge Tender may even have live music playing!


Don’t forget about the free trolley during your stay! Pick it up on Gulf Drive and it’ll take you all over Anna Maria Island.


“Villa 2” offers a quiet spot for relaxing in tropical paradise. The decor has a touch of nautical flare reminiscent of the coastal Florida location. The bedroom has a queen bed and in the great room you’ll find a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate four total. The bathroom of this ground level villa offers a walk in shower.


Both the bedroom and the great room have flat screen televisions along with wireless internet throughout.


The Kitchen offers all the basics with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. There is lovely tiled countertops and backsplash and a cute table for dining.


Exit off the bedroom through the French doors, and you’ll find the heated shared pool. There are plenty of patio seats for lounging and a propane grill for cookouts too!


Additional amenities include a coin operated laundry facility and two available in line parking spaces.
