Whoever said “you can’t have it all” never spent a week in 4002 6th Ave.  This elevated, Mediterranean style private single family home is ideal for vacationers who appreciate both luxury and local flavor. Up to six people can stay at this property, located in the heart of Holmes Beach with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Though you’re centrally located, 4002 6th Ave is tucked away from any hustle and bustle making this a vacation villa that will truly let you get away from it all. (3) Bedrooms, (3) Bath, accommodates up to (6) people: 2 Queen, 2 Twins.


The both queens and the twin beds are all outfitted in premium linens, so can start and end every day with a little extra pampering. During your waking hours, you’ll be treated to Italian style furnishings and maple hardwood floors. A color palette of yellows, burgundy, and black gives the entire property an old world feel. But modern sensibilities remain in the bedrooms’ big screen TVs and free wireless internet. 


And the luxury is hardly confined to inside the villa. Bougainvillea and palm trees flourish around the property, giving you both beauty and privacy from one sweeping landscape. Visiting in the winter? Gather around the patio’s fire pit at night and watch as the sky fades into the rich gold and jewel tones of sunset. Great House

"This property is located in the perfect spot. The beach is within walking distance and you have a CVS and Publix across the street. The house is great with all the essentials. The only thing I was not to happy with was I wasnt advised that the pool is only heated in the winter not during summer months which is a bummer since at night the pool water gets rather cold. Other than that everything was great."

Couldn\'t Have Asked for More

"My husband, toddler, and I just came back from a week-long stay at this beautiful home. It was more than enough room for us and we can see even bringing the grandparents next time. The furniture was very relaxing and comfy and we were impressed by all of the \"Italian-themed\" flourishes that the owner applied. We really felt like we were staying in a rustic Italian villa by the beach. Everything was very clean, including the pool, which was such a plus (including the pool toys) to have to ourselves. We were only one large block away from the beach and playground and literally across the street from CVS and Publix. This was an ideal location for a family and we took advantage of it every day. This spot exceeded my expectations and I\'ll be booking again next year. Thanks to Island Real Estate for being very helpful!"

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS CONCERNING THIS PROPERTY

Do we bring are own towels or are they supplied for beach and bathing? Are their any beach toys bike supplied or rental places?

Good news this home is on our Premium Linen Service, so all basic linens and pool/beach towels are provided for you.  Unfortunately, Island Real Estate cannot guarantee there will be any beach chairs, umbrellas or toys at your vacation rental property. However, if upon arrival you find there are chairs, etc. then you are welcome to enjoy them. Some guests leave items behind and some owners will purchase an inventory of fun beach equipment a few times a year.

Too often these items get left behind on the beach, broken, etc. so there really is no way for us to know what is there from week to week. We suggest you check in, take a look around the property to see what is there that you would like to use and then if you feel you want something extra pick it up at a local shop or rent just about anything from Fun and More, Beach Bums or one of the other Anna Maria Island equipment rental companies.
