Sea Breeze Sands is a fabolous three story vacation home sitting right across from the Gulf of Mexico and Anna Maria Island’s world famous, white sugar beaches. There are seven miles of beach along our barrier island and the sand is mostly pulverized quartz, which keeps it cool and powder soft between your toes. There won’t even be enough time for your sunscreen to sink in during the walk from your front door to the water. Being so close to the water means you’ll also be treated to the balmy sea breezes and peeks of the crashing waves from your second story porch.


You’ll be able to take in the sweet candy colors of the neighborhood and thriving Florida landscape in the shade while outdoor fans keeps the air cool and circulating.  (3) Bedroom, (3.5) Bathroom, accomodates up to (6) people: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins. 


Head through French doors in the master bedroom directly to the porch with morning coffee – that’s how a day in paradise starts. You’ll be itching to get a swim in before breakfast.


Speaking of breakfast, Sea Breeze Sands is walking distance from Café on the Beach where an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast is served daily.  So many close trolley stop options means you can definitely “park and play” at this vacation home – you may never even get in your car! Locally owned restaurants such as the world famous Mr. Bones BBQ and Skinny’s hamburger joint are steps away.  For shopping there are beach and surf shops, gift shops and an island Publix for supplies; again, all within walking distance.


Spend the morning gulfside and come back for an afternoon poolside. An extra-large dining table sits in the covered patio with room for all six guests. It’s a perfect spot to gather and grub down some grilled burgers, franks, and seafood after cooking them up on the propane grill. Don’t worry about running out of fuel - just get in touch with us at the office and Island Real Estate will be happy to get you a replacement tank. Keep drinks cold in the wine cooler right off the pool deck to avoid trips in and out and up and down the stairs. There’s no stress when you’re staying at Seabreeze Sands. Just time spent doing laps around the heated pool while waiting for sunset.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS CONCERNING THIS PROPERTY

Hi. It appears that this property is a condo which shares a wall with one other property, and that the pool is private to this condo only? It is not shared with the other condo. Is this correct? Thank you, Michelle

Great question - this is a townhome yet each side has their own private pool.  There are no shared amenities at all. Private garage, pool and balcony.
