The peaceful and airy feeling “Sandy Pointe 202” is a condo style Holmes Beach vacation home located in the center of Anna Maria Island. This calming uncluttered home offers accommodations for 4 guests with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 2 twin bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa. 


“Sandy Pointe 202” has a clean feel, decorated with white hues and dark wood furnishings with splashes of blue throughout. Enjoy the crispy white bed linens in this luxuriously streamlined home along with our premium linen service. Keep your clothes just a fresh as this home with washer and dryer.


Located just along natural wetlands, uplands and mangrove hammock “Sandy Pointe 202” offers stunning views of the 34 acre Grassy Point Nature Preserve. Enjoy the peace and quiet while bird watching and nature viewing. Access the preserve’s walking trail through Avenue C just north of 30th Street in Holmes Beach.


This Anna Maria Island vacation home is located just across the street from the local grocery store, restaurants, an ice cream shop, pharmacy, liquor store and gift shops. Walk over to Holmes Beach Plaza to the Old Hamburg SchnitzelHaus for great German cuisine or try Peaches for breakfast!


Anna Maria Island has over seven miles of beautiful gulf front beaches just a few blocks west of “Sandy Pointe 202”. Walk just a few short blocks to Manatee Beach access, or reach the beach via the free northbound Trolley. This vacation home is located within walking distance of both north and south bound free trolley service, so park your car in the two car covered parking spaces, and never worry about finding parking anywhere you go! 


When you are finished at the beach sit poolside to the community heated pool, or enjoy a great book and nature views from the screened lanai. 


When dining in for the evening, you’ll love the beautiful table for six overlooking the preserve. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter space for meal preparation, and a dishwasher to make clean up easy. 


“Sandy Pointe” is pet friendly to dogs up to 25 pounds, and located just a short distance from Manatee causeway dog friendly beaches!
