Rich hardwood floors upstairs and ceramic floors downstairs spread out across two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a den. Your kitchen and bedroom bookshelves are both well stocked so you can take time to feed both mind and stomach. (2) Bedroom, (2) Bath, accommodates up to (8) people: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. 


The crowning glory of this holiday rental property is most certainly the deck. Open and sundrenched, there’s room for everyone out here to gather around and take in one of the best sunset views on the island. How far to nearest beach access?

The closest beach access is right across the street. 

Dears, this property is really very nice. One Question: are there Beach Accessoires (Sunshade, Beach-Chairs) for take it to the beach available in this property? Best regards Christine and Roche Colling

Unfortunately, Island Real Estate cannot guarantee there will be any beach chairs, umbrellas or toys at your vacation rental property.  However, if upon arrival you find there are chairs, etc. then you are welcome to enjoy them.  Some guests leave items behind and some owners will purchase an inventory of fun beach equipment a few times a year.

 Too often these items get left behind on the beach, broken, etc. so there really is no way for us to know  what is there from week to week.  We suggest you check in, take a look around the property to see what is there that you would like to use and then if you feel you want something extra pick it up at a local shop or rent just about anything from Fun and More or Beach Bum’s

It is directly across the street at the 56th St access - super close! 

If the garage is available, is there room for two cars or just one? Couldn't quite tell from the photos....thank you.

There are 2 parking spaces for this rental, one parking spot is available in the garage, the other is the driveway.

What kitchen items are there for use? Pans, pots, cookie sheets, coffee pot, toaster etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals and features all basic items.
