“All Decked Out" Welcomes you to beautiful Anna Maria Island Florida! This private single family home is across the street from Tampa bay waters. The nearest public beach access is just a short walk north at the intersection of Magnolia Avenue and South Bay Boulevard. You’ll enjoy relaxing on bay beaches with powder sand all day long.


When you visit this great Anna Maria vacation rental you’ll have plenty of room for a family of 10, and a desirable location. Not only are you just a short walk to beaches, but you’re near the quaint village center of Anna Maria. Five blocks north from “All Decked Out” is bustling Pine Avenue. Here you’ll find great boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and sightseeing. One of the island’s most popular eateries, The Waterfront, can be found on Spring Avenue and south Bay Boulevard. Be sure to take a stroll on the Anna Maria City Pier just as visitors have done for decades.


Please note there is “water access” directly across the street from “All Decked Out”, however, this is not a public beach access. The shoreline along this small portion of the island is private residential beach. Guests to “All Decked Out” are not authorized to use this private beach, and can be considered trespassing. To enjoy public beaches walk north to the Magnolia Avenue public beach access.


At this laid back Anna Maria Island vacation rental enjoy a casual atmosphere with five bedrooms, and plenty of decks for soaking in the island breezes. “All Decked Out” is surrounded with fabulous open air wooden deck balconies making this home perfect for enjoying outdoor time. There are decks off the living room and dining area along with four of the five bedrooms.


On the main living level there is a nice flowing open floor plan between the family room, dining room and kitchen. The living room offers a comfortable spot to relax while watching flat screen television, and utilizing wireless internet. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, and breakfast bar seating for four. The dining room table seats 4-6 guests.


The bedrooms at this Anna Maria Island vacation rental are well appointed with premium linens and flat screen televisions. On the lower living level there are two bedrooms. One of these bedrooms offers two twin beds, and one has a queen bed. Upstairs you’ll find a bedroom with two double beds, a bedroom with a king bed, and the master bedroom with an additional king bed. The Master bedroom has two balconies, and a gorgeous master bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower. The second full bathroom is also located on the upper living level, and offers a walk in shower. The half bathroom is located on the lower living level.


Exit off the main living level into the backyard pool area. In the backyard there is a heated pool, dining area, outdoor shower and plenty of lounge chairs for soaking in Florida sunshine.


“All Decked Out” welcomes dogs up to 50 pounds with a pet fee, so the entire family can enjoy this Anna Maria vacation together!


This home also offers parking spaces for up to five vehicles along with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

We all loved the fact that we had TV's in each room, the absolutely great kitchen, large and nice bedrooms! Everyone wanted our master bed/bathroom. The saltwater pool when we got to use it was great. The grill, pooltable, all the decks. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property. We hope to stay again."

Wonderful Home!

"We had a fantastic family vacation and "All Decked Out" was the perfect gathering place for us. It is across from the Bay and close to shopping and several restaurants. We rented bicycles for our visit which made getting around the island easy and fun. The house is wonderful for a large group; we had 9 adults and were all very comfortable. The kitchen has just about anything you need and all the decks were terrific. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well; the pool was heated and there is a nice grill. We had to call Island Real Estate for a problem with a door and it was taken care of right away. We hope to return someday!"

"All Decked Out was fantastic. There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and more. The location was perfect. Short walk to town with shops, restaurants and piers. Across the street from the Bay Beach and about 6 blocks from Gulf Beach. Beautiful sunsets. Lovely heated pool. Three newly remodeled bathrooms with 3 walk-in showers, 1 tub. Ample towels. Furnished decks everywhere. TV's in every room and WiFi. It is perfect and we had a wonderful time. Be aware there are a lot of steps."

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS CONCERNING THIS PROPERTY

Are beach chairs available at unit?

Unfortunately, Island Real Estate cannot guarantee there will be any beach chairs, umbrellas or toys at your vacation rental property.  However, if upon arrival you find there are chairs, etc. then you are welcome to enjoy them.  Some guests leave items behind and some owners will purchase an inventory of fun beach equipment a few times a year.

 

Too often these items get left behind on the beach, broken, etc. so there really is no way for us to know  what is there from week to week.  We suggest you check in, take a look around the property to see what is there that you would like to use and then if you feel you want something extra pick it up at a local shop or rent just about anything from Fun and More, Beach Bum’s or one of the other Anna Maria Island equipment rental companies.

how far is the public beach walk since we cant use the private beach?

The nearest public beach access is just a short walk north at the intersection of Magnolia Avenue and South Bay Boulevard.  This is about 3 streets north, and approximately 12 houses away.
