Real Estate has been the love of my life. I began my Real Estate career in Rochester, Michigan in 1978.

Upon moving to the West Coast of Florida in 1981, I was privileged to work for Pat Neal and Associates on Anna Maria, Longboat Key and then what was the new development of Perico Bay Club. I worked as an Associate in the “New Sales” office which is when I purchased my villa at Perico Bay Club. The many years I have spent living and selling Perico Bay has given me the knowledge to be considered an expert who specializes in Perico Bay Club. I have been blessed and privileged to work with so many owners throughout the years, many of them 3 or 4 times.

I have now partnered with Kathleen White who is a top producer in my office at Island Real Estate of Anna Maria Island, where I have been a sales associate for 17 years. We are happy to continue to help you with buying or selling your property at Perico Bay Club and nearby.
